Italian Chicken Recipe
Ingredients to serve 4 8 Chicken pieces. (Either 8 legs or 8 thighs, or 4 chicken breast fillets cut in half). 4 tbsp plain flour. 2 tbsp oil. (Pref olive oil). 1 sliced onion. ½ green capsicum, sliced. 125g mushrooms, sliced. 1 Tin of tomato soup.(445g).
Instructions Place the flour into a medium size bowl. Place chicken into the flour and roll until the pieces are coated. Heat oil in frying pan on medium temperature. Add sliced onions into the frying pan and stir till transparent. Add chicken pieces, turn until light brown all over. Transfer chicken and onions from frying pan into a casserole dish. Add all other ingredients, stir well and bake at 180c (350F) for 1 hr. Yummy, serve with rice or crusty bread and butter.
